Overnight Oats- Healthy, Nutritious and Time Saving!!
Easy overnight oats. Make them on Sunday and have breakfast all week long. These little jars are packed full of nutrition, lasting satisfaction and yummy goodness!
OVERNIGHT OATS (per 1 jar)
1/3 cups oats
1/3 cups milk (I prefer almond milk)
½ banana, chopped or mashed
1 Tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew or peanut)
1-3 tsp coconut sugar, to taste
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp chia seeds
¼ tsp vanilla
2-3 Tbsp berries
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning cold or pop it in the microwave to add a little warmth.
Lasts 5 days in the fridge.
